Thank you, I could do with this for wools and silks, I’d leave it on if I was out, I think manufacturers have to state don’t leave it unattended to avoid being sued in the event something did happen.
Try 2 months drying clothes on a standard non heated one in our house… still bloody damp As for the heated one we got one 3 days ago, the clothes are still wet
Just bought this exact same one from Lidl’s and to be honest it only seems to dry in one tiny area for example the towel literally has one dry strip. The rest either side is completely wet same for flannels so unless I’m missing something I don’t actually find this very useful. Like I say, though it could be just use an error and I’m doing something wrong
I did an extra spin to remove water and have had it on for the first time and found the same thing. I'm wondering if it needs something more or to keep moving it off the line every so often.
@lords-electrical Thanks for the reply. Maybe different brands have different quality, mine is Pifco. Doesn't slide easily. Or maybe it is faulty, as you said. I bought it recently.
The comparison of cost per hour is irrelevant unless you are going to also compare the amount of time it takes to actually dry the clothes. If it is 10 times cheaper to use per hour, but takes 10 times longer to dry, then you dont need to be a genius to work out that there aren't any savings.
When using a cover, make sure you have a towel covering the floor. Because water drips down from the cover.
Yes, great suggestion 👍
Please share the brand of Airer and with cover
I have the same one it takes about 6 hours to dry clothes on this as to a tumble dryer condenser it takes 30 minutes.

A small fan aimed correctly can lower drying time significantly.
Well explained Chef , 👌
Had to subscribe, you are so good at what you do and super informed
Thanks very much for this, love getting this kind of feedback 😁

There isn't really anything you can do wrong to operate this, so if it isn't working properly then it may be faulty

You make me to buy one of those 😊
What? This is genius 😳
I find it a bit hard to open and close😊
Ive just checked ours and it seems ok not too stiff. Perhaps you have a fault with yours if its too difficult to open?

Can it be worked off solar
As long as you have a means of plugging it in then running it don't see why not.
Wife swears by hers
Waste of money, wish I had never bought one
I wouldn’t trust him around children tbh
