It’s always good to know that your videos will do justice to the restaurants visited. There’s always a unique or thoughtful shot that is interesting and draws us in and capturing of the ambiance of the place is always top notch. Even when it includes out of control screaming little terrors. Glad that you worked through it and showed us how good a time could be had there under more normal conditions. The food looked delicious and Kristin’s reaction told us everything. Especially to the mortadella. The good stuff takes a bit to get used to. After a while you can develop a craving for the stuff and any Italian slanted charcuterie board will have you going for it. Looking forward to the next one as usual. Thanks again.
Thanks for your comment! We strive to make it feel like our viewers are experiencing the restaurant with us and are always looking for ways to do that better. Unfortunately, filming in busy restaurants can sometimes mean dealing with loud neighbors!
Great video! My grandparents were born in Palermo, Sicily. The food brought back so many memories with one major exception. My grandma always cooked enough food for an army. The cardinal sin of an Italian cook is not having enough food to make sure no one left the table hungry. Thanks for sharing your experiences.
My great grandmother was from Sicily as well so my grandmother has always been the same way! The cardinal sin in her household is letting any food go to waste
The dynamic duo once again aces it. I was taken aback by the size of the servings and the prices. Perhaps that five course tasting menu would have been a better choice, but it wasn't available...bummer.
Thank you for another great video. I have been to Rezdora and I thought that it was expensive, and the portion were small. The dining room was very cramped as well. Buon apetito!
Right on first out of the box - have enjoyed your vids a lot - the Vegas steakhouse series was very good - in addition to being a musician I did own an Italian restaurant for awhile.
I get the idea of small plates to get the experience of tasting a lot of dishes but those portions seemed very small . The expression on Kristen’s face showed how good that ravioli was ! #wulffdendad
I just looked through a few dozen of their reviews. The consensus: Portions are small, prices high. Quality good, but not worth the Michelin star hype.
Ludicrous comments from other Americans complaining about the portion sizes and prices. It’s as if people have never partaken in chef’s tasting menus at fine dining restaurants.
I love your videos and I've seen almost all of them, but this restaurant seemed like a blatant rip off. I mean, those portion sizes were an insult on the intelligence of the average consumer... May I remind you that pasta is literally only flour, eggs and sometimes olive oil...
Thank you! Yeah the prices look fairly reasonable for the city but then you see the portion sizes and realize you need two or three pastas per person! We actually started making these videos to help subsidize our addiction of going out to eat

@@travelfuller Italian food leftovers are sometimes better, as time allows the flavors to fully mature.
Better go directly to Italy, where go can get the same great food at reasonable prices.
Not if you go to a Michelin star restaurant in Italy too!!!🤷♂️😂😂😂
great video as usual! especially love the live shot of the table next to you LOL
Thanks! Haha yeah crazy to bring toddlers to a place like this!
@@travelfullertotally lol…y’all handled it like champs tho

Thanks! Yeah that was our experience too. It’s very good but very expensive and cramped
Thanks Adam Sandler
F***... he's identical !!!!!! 😂😂😂
No matter what the restaurant, every one of your videos makes me wish I could be joining you at the table!
Thanks! So glad you enjoy them!
Fabulous video!! Thank you!! I have had the luck of dining at Osteria Francescana it was mind blowing!!
@@christinecamley that’s amazing!!! We would love to go there one day!
@@travelfuller It's literally mind blowing!!
@@christinecamleyWooow...400/500 € each!!! Congratulations
Really enjoying your videos. Keep up the great work!
Thanks so much!
Another great video! I haven't tried Rezdora yet, but have also heard that the portions are tinnnyyyy. Thanks for confirming :P
Thank you! And very! Most people will probably need to order at least two pastas each
I enjoyed this video❤❤❤
Thank you!!

Thank you! So glad you’re enjoying them. That’s awesome, owning a restaurant seems like it would be very difficult!
Great review! I wish I would have tried Rezdora or Torrisi instead of L'Artusi. L'Artusi wasn't bad, but I wasn't blown away.
Good to know! We almost went there instead until we got a last minute reservation for Rezdora
Y’all need to come back and drink some wine! Michael’s one of the best wine minds in the city, and that wine staff is bonkers!
Good to know! We have cheap taste when it comes to wine so we have to learn a little more before we start reviewing it
need to try this place!
Wao!! 👌🏼
Wow!
Would try all those dishes. ❤❤❤
Great review as always. If ever a video screamed for a voice over, this is the one. Sounded like you were in Chuckie Cheese.
Thanks! Yeah I think we’re going to start doing that more because it’s impossible to get decent audio in a lot of these places
Be honest, did you both leave the restaurant still hungry?
Luckily we only had an hour and a half before our reservation at Gramercy Tavern!
I get the idea of small plates to get the experience of tasting a lot of dishes but those portions seemed very small . The expression on Kristen’s face showed how good that ravioli was ! #wulffdendad
Summed up perfectly! Small expensive portions but very very good!
Raviolo stand corrected. YW
i would turn around and say HEY SHUT UP! WE FILMING HERE! lol
haha we were certainly surprised people would bring toddlers here with these prices!

Pasta is CHEAP no matter what. It is a serious ripoff when you are changing $35 for a ravioli. Stupid!

mcdonalds is better
Please go check yourself into a mental hospital. Many thanks.
$35 for Ravioli? FYI about 10 families can eat a meal in India for that money.
Prices are getting out of control here!
Paying this kind of money for pasta / bread 🥪 in today's economy . No thanks 👎👎
