Which Live Sonar did I Choose?

All the major brands have live sonar options now. Which one did I chose and why? I'll let you know in this video. Was is Humminbird, Garmin, or Lowrance?

Great video--thanks! Perhaps in the video description you could add information about the LiFePO4 power source you chose, and how you decided the proper power capacity. I agree with your observation about the Garmin GPSMap units being a more direct comparision to the Lowrance HDS units (I have both). On my 8610xsv, I can record video and it has an HDMI output jack that I hook to a projector or large screen to conduct classes for all sonar types, traditional 2D, scanning, and phased array ("live"). Unbiased information! Just when I was thinking the GPS maps would be a better comparison you mentioned it! Good point on the keypad. I thought the echomap has a sonar record feature.

Echomap can record sonar for sonar logs, but it cannot record the video of the screen and transfer to a phone or tablet for screen recording.
