I love this "interview." The videos are wonderful. David uses the word "montage" and all the videos are beautiful and artistic montages of amazing international images. I love all the images and the metaphors. There are many layers to the songs (environmental, social, metaphorical representations) and, these videos are on the same multi-layer level. I was just talking to a student about "fixed eye syndrome that you get from staring at one point on the screen...The videos make you move around (visuallly) and enbrace so many beautiufl images. Love them all and the opening flowers are fantastic-my fav! Thank you!

You are so much like your Dad. Lots of confusion in your Dad. But he was human, and didn't have the support he shouldve had when he was young. I'm sorry he didn't fix that with you,but you have accomplished so much and have overcome such difficulties in your youth.
