Love this so much! I will turn 40 in December 2025 and decided that year is gonna be my best and strongest yet! I really really want to get stronger and feel more confident in myself. I have worked out for several years and I am a personal trainer, but it's been done tough and stressful years and my body has not responded well to it. So this year is the year where I give myself all the love. So happy you did this for you girl! ❤

Dear Emily, everything sounds so familiair to me. Mum of 3, turned 40 last year, getting more information about health, food and excercise and having the goal to be fit and healthy for the things I want to do when my kids are older, etc. Finally I can spend more time on myself and it has really been a journey for me to find something I like and where I can stick to. To see your transformation really makes me proud of you and gives me the strength that I am able to do this too. Thank you.
It is really important. So near the end of the video I touch on nutrition. I started in August by cutting refined sugar completely! I had withdrawal for a week and it was awful but I lasted a month (I even cut all carbs) and now have some sugar on weekends etc and can have bread too. I also fast as I’ve shown before, I make it to 11am or 12noon before my first meal and I’ve really seen results from fasting. I read a book called fast like a girl which is all about how women can fast depending on their cycle. I’ve been upping my water in take as I said in this video. Smaller portions and trying to eat 120g or protein a day. It’s been really hard but since August I felt so motivated to lose weight and get fitter xx

I do F45 as it's 5mins from my house. And walk our little cavoodle Max. I try and do 16k steps everyday. And no sugar or bread maybe a little on the weekend. Also more protein. I have lost 10kgs since May 2024. I would like to lose another 10kgs. Also fast till 10am everyday and try not to eat after 7pm

I have three boys, and I went through all of that, having no idea that it wasn't okay living like that. So I watched your video, and I remember you sad that if you were dealing with all that pain and uncomfortable situation half of the month, so you were living uncomfortable half part of you life. Oh my goodness! That moment, I saw myself in the exact same situation. At the same moment I scheduled an appointment . It took one whole year doing so many exams to finally get the diagnostic! I am finally in treatment for endometriosis, and my life is so much better. EVERYTHING changed! Same! For two years I just couldn’t seem to change my food. I would say you can learn to metabolically switch your energy source from sugar to fats. If you cut out sugar for a while it’s amazing how you can get over it and are hungrier less xx
