    Last year I bought my house in Dorchester, but as an amateur RE investor, this video was a great watch. Thank you.

    Great info! Which neighborhood do you get most house for the -money?

    • @RyanMcHughLivinginSummerville
      @RyanMcHughLivinginSummerville  6 месяцев назад

      Generally speaking, Cane Bay or Summers Corner. Both neighborhoods offer affordable housing but also have completely different HOAs for amenities. So you really need to connect with someone like myself for a more precise approach!

    This area has so much home building going on without yhe necessary infrastructure to hanlde the volume.
    All of SC lowcountry is overly populated in comparison to its ability to handle the volume of people. The traffic is terrible, there arent nearly enough doctors, dentists, quality schools, etc. They keep building houses without real achievable infrastructure plans.

    Pine Forest Country Club the legacy section is probably the best most desirable neighborhood in Summerville in my opinion. Id stay away from the cookie cutter developments like Nexton, Cane bay and Carnes Crossroads.

    What's not to love about Wicked Buscuit?! This is incredible information. Thanks for putting this together. From a fellow RUclipsr to another...what's the camera you're using? It follows you wherever you go. How is it tracking you? I love it!

    Ryan what area do you suggest for down sizing?

    • @LivinginCharlestonSC1
      @LivinginCharlestonSC1 9 месяцев назад

      Hi Judith, it depends on what kind of downsizing you want to do. Many options, Townhomes, 1200sq ft Single Story Ranches, or even a small 2 story cottage home?
