HDL and LDl are both just as important in the body functions. Theyre are just doing different kind of work, nothing bad about it. The question to ask is why and what is causing the body to produce such numbers of cholesterol . If you can answer them, then the problem can be corrected. Eating meat and food containing cholesterol does not in itself cause heart related problem. Similarly, vegetarian who do not eat such food are known to have high cholesterol and cancer and heart attack in this group is not uncommon. If we keep following these experts trend of thought, we will never find the answers and will not have good health. BTW, I am not looking for a argument. I do not expect to be believed. If you are seriously seeking good health, then seek with open heart and mind, the answers will present itself to you (if you are a real seeker). Just think for a minute, If all these info we have been fed is correct, we shd all be healthier Yes?? Now just look around you, do you see more healthy people today than the days of your Grandpa?? If we are more healthy, why are we building more and more hospitals and the sick are getting younger?? Ponder my friend...it will do you good.
