I was wondering how should you approach a company you plan on doing SEO for but they already have a website and you want to work with them. Do you try to convince them to change their website for better optimization? And what would you do if they are not willing to change the website would you still recommend just trying your best to work around it?

If your a service company covering a service area of citys and dont have a location that customer visit how do you list yourself on the citations for the nap if you don't want a address list because your a service company. Also, have you tested the Campaigns feature on Vettted? The Course was amazing but I am not sure if all the topics covered would be necessary for my service. Nothing works by itself. Meaning if you just do a Google stack and wait for rankings , that won’t happen. SEO needs to have an holistic approach. You can’t single out stuff unfortunately. I think I have a video solely on that on my channeln

Both! There's a correlation between both properties (site and gmb listing). Citations link to your site giving it more local relevancy. Your site is associated with your GMB. It's all interconnected :)

What’s that extension? -Why doesn’t GMB crush work as the way you explained? I can’t find out the secondary categories. -You mentioned rank and rent services through Konec. My question is: you’ll have to rank your website for any particular services and then overlay it for the client for the same niche. Right? Let’s say you rank for the keyword “dentist dallas.” It would only make sense to rent and overlay another dentist site. Right? Or am I missing something?
No. If you have a custom site, use it. The site google gives you is meant to be used by people that are less tech savvy / have no time to create one :;)

It's not considered duplicate content but It's not a particularly good SEO practice as well. Duplicate content is only a thing when different websites have the same content (i.e. if you're stealing content from someone else). So having the same content on the same site and just changing a couple keywords isn't considered duplicate content - so you won't be penalised by that. I hope this helps!

Can you please let me know when did you record this video. When we go to 45 minutes on video, you are talking about doing the posts in backend of GMB. However, the backend editing nor posts are not allowed as at today (21/01/2023)? Isn't it?
