I might have to start supporting them just for the chant, I already have four " secondary" teams anyway, so what difference is one more going to make.
Let's not delve too closely into why a Spanish-speaking team has a chant that sounds like Sir Francis Drake's crew.
I love how chocolatiers is just literally people screaming "CHOCOLATE!!!!?!" at the top of their lungs, rofl.
After this years Marble League I'm pretty sure the Rojo Roller's chant was "replace the coach" at some point.
The funniest part is is that
a) their efforts did not go unnoticed
b) they improved after the coach change.

Due to my slight hearing loss, most of these get lost in the backgrounds of the videos since I have the volume set so the announcer voice is at a comfortable volume for me to understand. It just means that I can't catch most subtler sounds without turning it up more and making my ears hurt. The exceptions are the Orangers and the drums for the Jungle Jumpers, those are loud and clear for me.
It was nice to actually have a clear video to understand what it is that the background noise is concealing from me. Thank you 😊

Every team deserves to have voices in the stands to cheer them on. Now, their fans, along with the entire community, can cheer them on in every JMR tournament to come. Thank you, Jelle, for making this vision a reality.

I always thought the one person wooing in the Savage Speeders' chant was actually an O'rangers fan trying to interrupt the chant

It sounds like basic crowd noises and then an announcer calling out their name.
Until now I thought the Chocolatiers were refined (in the Lindt/ Swiss style), but now realize that they are the Berserkers of the Marble League

Gliding Glaciers aren’t my team, but their chant just hit me hard. The sound of pride and support was moving, like singing a national anthem.
Jungle Jumpers, Hazers, Rojo Rollers, Indigo Stars, Shining Swarm, Solar Flares, Oceanics, Midnight Wisps, and Kobalts were my runner ups, they all had a nice beat to them.
from what i can tell the gliding glaciers chant is based on Battle Hymn of the Republic, so the patriotic vibe is absolutely there lol.

It's based on the theme for the Air Force when it was first made a branch, "Blood on the risers". Brought tears to my eyes, my grandfather used to sing that to me all the time.

Nice to see some younger marbles in the stands. Always knew these were family events and who knows, some of them may join the Marble League in the future.
It's also nice because you just know Jelle was thinking something like this when he decided to include them. It's that level of attention to detail that makes this league vital and real!
Imagine being a fan of a big team and all the stands are filled, and the only place you can book is the Green Ducks stand, and you can just constantly hear ‘quack quack quack’ throughout the tournament…
Edit: Or you end up in the Chocolatiers’ stand and can just hear voices screaming CHOCOLATE like they have a gun to their head or something

The crazy dude yelling "Chocolate!!!" was probably my favorite. lol
Im all in on the O'Rangers, but the half sarcastic quacking of the green ducks has annoyingly warmed me up to them some. However, the absolute perfection of truly embracing a team has to go to Team Chaos, repeatedly almost finding a rhythm then disintegrating into random clapping had me in stitches.

Personal Favourite: Hazers. I don’t know what it is about it, but something about the background music during “Amaze amaze haze” is strangely beautiful. I also really like the Shining Swarm’s chant for some reason, but I can’t put my finger on it.
Edit: Now that I’m listening again, the Gliding Glaciers really sticks with me. Probably my 2nd favourite behind the Hazers.
My team: CCE. I don’t really know what I expected to be honest. But now I can’t get that tune out of my head, which I guess is the point. Also, meow meow meow meow meow meow meow meow.

The swarm's chant is a spoof on a beatles song, don't know which one though. They're canonically in a band!
Hazers could be used in an intro to a weird edm song
Hazers are in a haze due to legalized drugs. Sounds like a 60's hippie chant.
The meow chant is rather catchy.

Obviously as a #TeamMomo fan the Team Momo chant is going to have a spot very close to my heart...that said, the Hazers chant gave me chills, the Green Ducks chant is absolutely adorable, the Balls of Chaos "chant" cracked me up, and of course I gotta show love for our friends the Midnight Wisps and Team Primary.
As a minty, why did the momo's unfriend the mintys?
The best ones are of course the traditional O’rangers but the Limers, Mellow Yellow and Savage Speeders have memorable ones!

Hazers' chant feels like a dream pop music
So that's what the Raspberry Racer's chant was! I was utterly baffled every single time, because it always sound like they were cheering "RO-HO ROLLERS!" Never heard the one guy shout "Raspberry!" at all.
Also grats the Hazers' cheer for instantly giving me a headache every single time I heard it.
The way he says "raspberry" sounds like a Green Duck quack and this entire time I thought they were adding to the lore by having a green duck interrupt the racer's chant every time 😂

I was introduced to marble sports right after the qualifiers for this year’s marble league and I am hooked. Things like this have made me fall in love with it even more. I am floored at the level of dedication put into everything. A+ material right here.
Which team? O’rangers has been my team since 2017
The great thing about these is how you used them, as on their own they sound a bit weird and 'fake' but how you mix them in with general crowd noises makes them much more realistic soundings, especially as you have used actual music and sounds from sports events as a base, also, it seems that the Thunderbolts are fans of AC/DC.
Of course they are, where do you think AC/DC got Thunderstruck from?
Would have been better if they were actually saying it as the actual song rather than that reversed progression version. but this is also as someone who is a Tampa Bay Lightning fan. they use Thunderstruck as the team comes out and its awesome.

It should not be too perfect, some controvercies are necessary. Each decision, DSQ or gate failure automatically end in discussions with my girlfriend. I would miss that if the runs are always perfect. Or does anyone really like the VAR in football?
Thanks! I also know that I can't make it perfect and sometimes we need to take action which can cause controverse and we can't avoid that. However, I will use the feedback to improve the production even more.

I have been waiting for this my entire life.
I'd also like to have been in the room when a handful of people started screaming "chocolate" with wild abandon for this.
The O'Rangers will always reign supreme, but the Rojo Rollers and Chocolatiers have fun chants as well.

What I've learned from this is that 1/2 the chants are references to other songs or in the case of Solar flares: dark souls! 🙇♀️ 🌞
I didn't know most of these honestly, some of which I even thought I did. This was nice to finally learn some chants!
the Chocolatiers just use the average person's feelings at midnight for their chant, I swear. Never heard a chant more relatable than that 😂

So many details I never noticed!
It's these little details that make Jelle's team tower above the rest in production value. This is some of the best content in the history of not just RUclips, but the history of content.
Like, marble racing is kinda neat. And some of the other channels are decent. But Jelle's Marble Runs are a fucking joy.
Gliding Glaciers and Shining Swarm have the most musical/prettiest chants IMO, and I love how the Oceanics chant sounds like a sea shanty!
Everyone has been mentioning how funny the Chocolatiers/Chaos chants are, but I lost it at the Savage Speeders. It's just one guy in the background absolutely losing his gd mind. I love it.
Also since I'm a coward I root for three teams: Hazers, Oceanics, and Midnight Wisps! But after hearing the chants....I may just change the Wisps to the Glaciers or Swarm.

Call me surprised that the Shining Swarm's chant is the best of those tunes.
Also, the quack of the Green Ducks seems rather legendary, even though it's not a tune. And the same goes for the instantly recognizable Ooooooooo of the O'Rangers. Also, you have paid a lot of attention to detail here, by giving the Balls of Chaos not a chant but more of an uncoordinated noise level. The Midnight Wisps' tune evokes Christmastime.
On another note, I wonder if one of the big energy drink companies will one day also begin sponsoring a team in marblesports. After all, energy drink sponsors are really huge in all kinds of professional sports.

I smiled at Balls of Chaos, but have to admit, Gliding glaciers made me laugh. A lot of these are really fun! Shame they get lost in the noise so much - only OOOOOOrangers and Mellow! Yellow! Were really recognisable to me.
