Dio Brando wasn't exactly using sex as a means to an end as DIO does, it simply seemed that he was attracting runaways or girls to the castle, or simply having his zombies kidnap them so he could suck their blood and heal his wounds, then leaving the corpses for his subirdiantes to eat or eviscerate, such as Jack. The most Dio has ever directly raped anyone is kissing Erina, but he's committed enough murder to last lifetimes, both directly and indirectly.

@@maldlions5313 Then again, Diego didn't have the caveat of being naturally evil. He's still a selfish, scheming, arrogant son of a bitch, but he isn't as bad as his original thematic counterpart. Dio Brando was evil from the get-go, no matter the positive influence, he'd still be a conniving, self-serving sod, who's never satisfied with just enough. As it stands, his evil is primarily motivated by a desire to stand at the top so that he's unassailable and can never be victimized again, but even with the best of circumstances, his natural evil would still be there, as shown by how he throws George's love and kindness in his face. Even acts like attempting to medicate an ailing Dario always had some ulterior motive. Also, having a love interest doesn't necessarily make one a better person. Plenty of cruel, selfish, arrogant people have they legitimately love.

Not only is the narrator not the one who made this, but the script doesn't even sound like it was made by someone who is fluent in English if you pay close attention. Part 3 Dio's name is DIO, and even though Weather might have been born as "Domenico Pucci", he was raised his entire life as "Wes Bluemarine", therefore making that his legal/real name.

it's ironic that even know dio and pucchi's plan to restart the universe to achieve "HEAVEN", they both won by finally defeating the joestar family, but also lost when jotaro killed dio before he saw his plan to fruition and weather report killing pucchi after he succeded and prevent him from truly reviving dio. it's also ironic that even in this new universe, DIO and the joestar family are still enemies as seen in STEEL BALL RUN
