I was just on the sunshine and it was not a premier, elte, or ultra cruise and this was the first time in a long time the casino wasn't extremely packed. I was so happy to be able to play whichever machine I wanted.
When we take Elite or other casino offer cruises, the golden ticket offers we get, go from the room mailbox to the room trash can. We find the best offers through direct mail or logged into the Carnival website. We will be on the Miracle for an Elite Alaska cruise, in a few weeks. Keep up the Great content!!
I’m booked in December on a Premier and in March on an Elite. I booked my cruise in a Cloud 9 suite on a regular offer. Later I changed it to the Premier and got deep discounts and a good amount of free play. I booked 2 cloud 9 balconies (1 my room 1 my wife’s taking my parents) for my Elite cruise and get over $7000 in comps and free play for that cruise. Had to front tax and gratuity for those rooms.
I took a ultra in January and I took the gift instead of freeplay. (Gopro bundle) yea we over paid for that cruise. But now ever since that cruise. I get DOUE and Balcony offers

Is there a way to know what your free play will be prior to boarding? I see someone above mentioned taking a gift instead of free play, is that standard too? If I don’t know what our free play is does that mean we don’t have any? 😂 Or is the OBC considered the free play?

I haven't sailed Carnival in a long time so I don't know how it works, but does it matter that you don't get the instant comps? I'm assuming you'll get them later via email anyways. It doesn't sound ideal to go on those cruises as they sound like they're a lot more crowded.
I booked with a non-premier offer on the Sunrise, however there is a premier offer I have on my account for the same sailing. Is the casino going to be packed?
An Elite cruise, you get a limo, drink package, stocked bar in cabin, specialty dining, major casino events. On Ultra, you can get an iPhone or a 60' flat-screen!
Please keep a napkin with you and keep the corners of your mouth wiped. Not being negative, but I’ve known several people to say they could not watch because of the white buildup in the corners of your mouth.
@chrisappel2322 dude, I didn't lose nothing. I walked off the ship up, in fact, I was flagged at disembarkation to be escorted to customs because I was bringing so much $$$$ off the ship. In my not so humble opinion, the hat looks stupid.

Yeah.... golden ticket only really helps on new ships or one time a year sailings like miracle to Hawaii next month, I'll be onboard then!

Yeah... the special cruises are not worth the price.... just take the good benefits on a normal cruise.

I’m been on both Premier and Elite and always get DOUE for me and my companion. If you take the really high fun play ones they don’t offer that.
Yeah... I took what I could get at the time.... just got the freeplay and an inside cabin.

It's all the way at the bottom of your booking email. The gift thing is for ultra cruises and not premiere.

Yeah... they come later in email.... instant comps are about 1000 points a day!

Fully agree.... issue is my preview screen is the size of a postage stamp.... I'll try and be more aware if I can in the future.
