Hi Tristan, I’m new to your channel. This video was an absolute joy to watch but also bittersweet. I was on the road to becoming a professional singer on the course of my dreams, a music performance degree in the uk. I had to defer my course for two years due to bereavement and chronic illnesses. When I was set to go back to uni I lost my hearing within the space of 6months. By March 2016 I had vestibular hearing loss and found out that my profound deafness was permanent. At the end of 2017 I got a cochlear implant it took me over two years to be able to hear speech clearly again (of which I’m in the top 1%) but I can’t sing anymore as I can’t hear if I’m in tune or not. I can listen to some music as long as I’ve heard the song from before I was deaf I can remember it and hear it mostly ok. Some music sounds like bad machinery especially some of my favourites from before and some I can’t make out the lyrics. Music was everything to me. Even though I wasn’t the best of the best, it was my true passion. Watching videos like this brings back a little of my passion so thank you again for sharing this. Sorry for the long ramble lol.

She sang many songs but fans were surprised when she sang "All I ask" it's considered her hardest song to sing (the most show-offy imo) and she haven't sang it in 6 years. If you'll do I can only advise you to react to the performances of the first day, they were much better
