Poor baby, what an awful condition to be kept, tethered to a bike for at least 6 days, no water and grass just out of reach! I am not surprised the cowardly 'owner' didn't come forward. Thank you, WHW, for taking sweet Pedals in and caring for her. I agree, she's unrecognisable now compared to when she was found! ❤🐴❤

Oh my gosh, her name is perfect, except I would spell it Petals. She reminds me of a little fairy horse with wings! She's so gentle I can see her working with children with special needs!

I doubt she was tied to the bike, the rope probably got tangled in it as she moved around. But she shouldn't have been left in that situation.
