Do NOT put anything directly on the bottom. Use the basket. Also, do NOT under-fill or over-fill the machine. It needs a specific amount of liquid for how they're calibrated.
Is there any way to clean jewelry with natural household products like lemon juice or something!?? I have a mother’s ring I got with my sons birthstone in it and I don’t wanna hurt the stone with harsh chemicals.
I highly recommend using an organic soap, one with few ingredients, and a soft bristle tooth brush. If it is silver and has tarnished, walmart sells a fantastic silver polishing cloth in the jewelry section for $7-$8 and it works wonders! No chemicals, just a cloth. I hope this helps!
