I think the tint has something to do with Candela for this LED. In both lights, the tint is better at higher outputs. The hotspot on the MH25 Pro is more intense (higher candela for the same lumens) meaning there's more photons focused into the hot spot rather than going all over the place. This makes it seem whiter/less green at the same lumen setting. Another thing to note is that the runtimes listed seem a lot better on the MH12 until you realize what's really happening is the heat sink is a lot worse, so the light throttles the output sooner, yet Nitecore still averages in the total runtime at a "given" level. The lights likely have very similar runtimes (which you can see at the lower levels), but you are getting more of the advertised brightness level on the MH25 (since the larger light can handle the heat better) for the duration of the runtime, which is shorter overall.

Nitecore could do amazing things, but he just needs to be among the best without trying too hard

So you didnt notice any green in the MH25 pro? I see it now in my MH12pro. Im kinda leaning towards the MH25. The run time at 300lumens r real close.

I couldn't care any less about the green tint, I bought it to see in the dark and it does just that

All I want is a good fight light. Do you think this light is durable enough for skull crushing?

NITECORE MH series lights are better as they use simple cells that can be bought from other places, Thrunite uses proprietary cells
