This is part 1 of my full review of the Case Hobo Knife , in this video we get up close and personal and check out the details and specifications on what is the Ultimate BBQ knife, Ultimate Tailgating Knife, Ultimate Camping Knife, and In part 2 we will show food prep and part 3 we take it out to my new Reqtec RTB 380 X and cook some Chicken and Ribs with this great Camp Knife.

Case really got this one right. I can see that in a lot of campers, backpackers backpacks. The way they made them separate is brilliant

Great video…
Had mine over five years now. Used it every day for lunch at work for about two years. Now, it lives in my Jeep bag.
The weight is not a problem for me. The only negative thing I can think of is that the spoon is very small (not enough soup per spoonful).
But that’s not a real big issue.
I like the spoon on the KaBar Hobo better. But the Case Hobo is much better made.

Don’t hear much about case knives. I have a fixed blade knife that’s 90 years old. Don’t know what the steel is but it’s very hard to sharpen. Full tang, leather handle and with the original sheath. Also found a Swiss made filet knife, that isn’t bendable with bone saw. Extremely sharp with rosewood scales and i found a listing for it priced at $2300.
