I'm Still Struggling

Hey everyone!
This an update on how I am in terms of my anxiety, which has recently flared up due to work issues. This is impacting my time away from the workplace, so apologies to my fellow RUclipsrs of my lack of presence on RUclips lately.
I don't want make too many more of these videos, though feel I need to externalise again my current state of mind. All going well, normal service will resume.
Any comments, suggestions etc are greatly appreciated. Thanks for watching.

Hey, thanks again for your thoughts. Sorry, not been very active lately on RUclips. Sleeping pattern is all over the place. Will check your videos when I can, I've got a lot of catching up to do. A lot of my time away from work is currently finding a new job and seeing what I can do for the job I'm in.
