@@maryrosenbergr7570 girl he was my hear me out when i watched the suicide squad and he's amazing in the dune so i am so happy he finally plays a leading character!!

I thought it was because Lily was sitting behind the cameras so she couldnt see the hypnotising device. Or she was just looking away like she sometimes does so she saw what was actually happening instead.
This movie is for the true horror fans. I was GAGGED at the end. As someone who has seen it all, I was really impressed with the fresh take on the demonic girl trope. Best horror movie of the year so far.
The actress who played Lily was so good! Her ability to be unsettling while only sitting silently was perfection. And I know you're saying you're doing just horror, but what I love about you is you're unpredictable. So please remember we still want that Kill Bill Vol 1 reaction when you suddenly get sick of horror movies! 😉
2:59 The Grove, otherwise known as Bohemian Grove, is real and still exists to this day. Owned by the Bohemian Club (founded in 1872), it's a place where rich and powerful men (and men only) go for two weeks, watch plays and comedy shows, do odd Druid rituals and drink it up. You know, Burning Man, but in the woods and much lamer. The thing is, they also have Lakeside Chats, which they call "public interest talks". What that really means is "We're gonna talk about stuff with each other that we'd never share with the public". Some people focus on the rituals and think it's a devil-worshiping cabal. I'm more concerned about politicians, businessmen and the uber-rich getting together for a couple weeks to discuss how they're gonna wield their power. There's plenty devilry there without involving the devil.
@@Gojirawars03 Sure, but devil worship is not a requirement to do evil deeds. People do that just fine all by their lonesome, especially the rich and powerful.

You never disappoint Chu; another great reaction!!! I love this not-new but fresh way they show the "price to be number one" "blood oath" "sell your soul" is NEVER what you think it will be. This was a fantastic movie and the actors were all amazing, especially David and the actress that played Lilly. I wish they didn't use A.I. for the "be right back" cards and the CGI electricity was out of place for the 70s feel, but other than that...Phenomenal movie!!

But “Late Night with the Devil” really took the genre and turned it on its head by giving it a layered, complex film with amazing storytelling. It throws so made twists and turns at you and gives you loads of clues that lead up to that climatic ending. It ranks right up there with “The Exorcist” and “The Exorcism of Emily Rose”.
