I think you screwed up the 2nd example. You state that if the displayed moisture is 16% but actual moisture is 15% that you'd enter a correction of-1. This would be correct, except you're already set at a correction of positive 1 percent, so to bring the moisture to where it should be in that example the setting should be taken only down 1% to 0.
