Maintaining ideal Vitamin D levels reduces all sorts of inflammations. Dark chocolate without sugar should be selected. Good video.

Hi! I have had Severe Rheumatoid Arthritis since I was 16 and everything was going alright until 26, then out of nowhere I became inflamed and bedridden for 3 years, meaning couldn't get out of bed without assistance and couldn't wipe my ass, sorry the truth! Then I slowly got out of bed and walked with a walker now on a cane I am 42 now and boy o boy I must have been a horrible person in my past life for this pain. I mean I would do anything not to be in pain for 10 minutes but I know that will never happen. My question is is it common for people to become bedridden out of nowhere like that? Please answer someone because I don't know if I should be looking for something else?

Yes yes and yes! I was 46, and 15 years into teaching. I literally went to bed and woke up a whole different person!! Fatigue and pain kept me bedridden now for years. I also have Fibromyalgia on top of the RA, so I know pain, too. I’ve learned to live one day at a time, and I use medical cannabis for pain. You are not alone. There are many of us out here fighting right along with you. The good days are worth all the bad. Weather truly affects our health with RA. We are thinking of moving to the coast, because I hurt so much less when I’m in warm weather. (((( gentle hugs)))))

@@SunshinesART yes the weather most definitely has an intense effect on us.. the rain makes it unbearable to attempt to do anything more than soaking in a warm bath, but the rain combined with cold makes it an agony to simply be alive.. caffeine does seem to ease the pain sometimes, but some days there is absolutely NOTHING that helps and that really induces extreme anxiety and depression for me.. I have to almost constantly wear elbow, wrist, ankle or knee braces, because of my joints in those areas feeling like they're being ripped apart like I'm in some kinda medieval torture device that rips a person's limbs off their body..lol.. I was diagnosed with congestive heart failure, diabetes, chronic fatigue syndrome and PCOS, before finally being diagnosed with RA, which makes me wonder if one of them could've been what lead to the development of the others.. smh.. however, even though I live in almost constant pain everyday of my life, I still consider myself blessed to be here, and have found that my faith and connection to my higher power has helped me immensely with dealing with the majority of my problems.. my motto in life has become "I'M TOO BLESSED TO BE STRESSED" and that helps to keep me more focused on the positive things in my life than the negative, which totally alleviates my anxiety and depression so that I don't need more medication to deal with that on top of everything else.. thanks for speaking up and out about your experiences, because it helps us all when we share our perspectives with others.. SENDING YOU SO MUCH LOVE, PEACE AND INFINITE BLESSINGS DEAR ONE..STAY BLESSED NEVER STRESSED 🙏 🙏😇😇💖💖🤗🤗💞💞👏👏🌠🌠💯💯

I want to cry, knowing I live in pain all day. I woke up in the middle of the night thinking I broke my pinkie finger. It was Arthritis. Orlando doesn't have good well trained doctors. Not even the one who did Jimmy Fallens hand is very good.
