    But how scientist made such a nano micro meter template ????

      Using e-beam lithography, just like mask making for photolithography. See the lectures on e-beam lithography and on mask making.

    A lot of time passed since this video. I wonder why nanoimprint hasn't gained any momemtum yet

      @@nikolaradakovic5050 Mostly speculation but there are a few large production based companies already existing with nanoimprint technologies. Check this one out for example ruclips.net/video/_95Dhz_cosA/видео.html Its very likely these companies exist because there is now an actual need for mass production :)

      @@bigcao6513 in screen technology nanoimprint is well established , but in IC s is yet to be seen
