Check this one out for example ruclips.net/video/_95Dhz_cosA/видео.html Its very likely these companies exist because there is now an actual need for mass production :)

Using e-beam lithography, just like mask making for photolithography. See the lectures on e-beam lithography and on mask making.

@@bigcao6513 in screen technology nanoimprint is well established , but in IC s is yet to be seen
