Good afternoon, No Actually it's not DC. DC doesn't have transient behavior. Unidirectional in the sense, only in the positve value. I mean it doesn't have negative values. But Impulse Voltage has fluctuating in nature. It is having wave front and wave tail, but DC voltage does not have wave front and wave tail. So both DC voltage and Impulse Voltage are different. Hope you could catch my point. Thank you
