This isn't really very helpful over a year later, but exporting your videos at 20 FPS will solve your flicker problems. (Meaning you'll be able to see both Fuuma and the enemies in the dungeon sections, among other things.) This works for any 60 FPS game with some odd exceptions. (Blast Hornet's wings in Mega Man X3, for example.) Not sure what the optimal FPS would be for 50 FPS games, though...
The theme used during the overworld battles and cave areas reminds me a lot of Mega Man X's boss theme.

Top works a bit differently than other weapons, I think you can use it at the same time with at least some other weapons.
How in the world were you using the tops ability while having the rock sword equipped? Eh, whatever, moving on to part 4. This is so much fun.
