great combo, overkill for just Fortnite tho, but amazing combo anyway, honestly I would go for a 7800x3D and a 4080 Super instead. It will achieve 400 / 500+ FPS at 1440p Performance Mode / Comp settings. At 4K you can expect 300+ FPS. So, a 360hz 1440p monitor or a 4K 240hz one would be ideal for you

no, it depends on many other things. Both AMD and Nvidia are great in terms of streaming performance

Instead I would get a used 3080 10gb bc it can be the same price, but the 3080 absolutely destroys the 4060 ti in like almost everything. U could also get a RX 7700 XT
For the money you could buy a 5 7600 and a 7900gre. With this combo you could even play at 4k and when it comes to esport games you could achieve 200-240fps at 1440p.
