I love how classy the rear looks. I can't get enough of it. I know it's a modern luxury sedan, but the rear design blends tradition with the future with the shape of the rear and the LEDs.
i know im asking randomly but does someone know of a tool to get back into an instagram account..? I somehow forgot my account password. I appreciate any assistance you can offer me.
That rear remote with the speedometer made me chuckle. Now the chauffeur has no excuse for getting a speeding ticket because his boss can watch the car speed!
The instrument cluster looks very, very similar to a VW and the aluminum shifter cover looks like it came from an Audi, but then again Bentley is part of the VW-Audi family
I was kinda expecting more. Like crazy maps, awesome self driving options, more camera view, self parking, cooling and heating cup holder. I expected high class luxury. This feels like one for the "poorer" rich folks. You know the type of rich people that have to buy this on credit.
Mulsane, 62 maybach ( at the time in 2011) and a phantom . Those would be the best 3 for ride and luxury at the time .this would be top ten for sure.. like he said at the end , he got a better ride out of a garden variety lexus ls. Love this Bentley 😃
This guy is an average guy, who jumps out from reviewing a Toyota Corolla, pulls on hes new jacket and then steps into a Bentley. It is a car not to be reviewed like a Toyota or Subaru. It is a masterpiece for those who can appreciate it.
How can you say it doesn't share any parts.....the chassis of the Phantom is welded at a place called the BMW Centre for Aluminum Competence, and the underpinning was loosely based on the 7 series. While I agree that Rolls-Royce is it's own car, a Roller is as much as BMW as a Bentley is a VW. If there wasn't any carry over between the cars, they wouldn't be able to get sufficient margins to put back into engineering better cars
I laughed so hard at 5:10 where he says : "It's an interesting mix of experiences", unsure of what he should be feeling when driving this car! :) I don't always agree with him, but he's always interesting to listen to!
You just don't get it man. Rolls Royce is in a league of it's own. And again, it doesn't share any parts with any BMW cars on the road. It's all hand made. You should know that. Bentley, on the other hand, uses basically the same gear lever casing that VW group used to put in Passats back in '96 I believe (feel free to correct me on that one).
The Bentley Flying Spur is an excellent ultra luxury exotic car, but the S65 AMG will be a much better daily driver and be easier to maintain than the Bentley.
+marc1093280 It depends on where you live. If you live in the country side then the Bentley will be an excellent drive. It may be too difficult in some poky town.
It's a cool car overall but as much as the rear is awesomelly crafted you can't help to feel something's wrong with the side view because of that short hood/front wheel drive stance (thanks to VW's FWD Phaeton structure). New S65 AMG is a better car in every way, including its elegant RWD looks.
I'm glad the little nanny assists like backup camera and Auto headlights aren't standard... as if drivers aren't getting dumb enough already. Give em even more assistance and they'll forget how to drive altogether
These cars are (for me) a tale of two halves. Looks wise from the front, stunning. From the rear, pug-ugly. Nonetheless, once you're inside, you really couldn't care less as these cars are like nothing else you've ever driven, or been a passenger in. Turbine smooth, obscenely quick, and sumptuously luxurious. Incredibly expensive yes, but an incredible car.
$200 iphones? Where? You are paying [in installments] full price and then some with every monthly payment to any cell phone provider out there. A minimum installment of $25 per month times 24 months comes out to $800 for your $200 cell phone which retails at 750. It's as overpriced as cable.
most of you are just talking crap, when you own one, come and tell me its VW, other wise keep quiet, or at least research before you waste everyones time.
Nowadays anyone can own a mercedes thanks to the c and e class, if you own an s class people are not going to notice that you own a way more expensve car, but no matter how cheap and old your bentley is its still going to turn heads.
The thing is, that you'd be able to drive the Bentley even without your chaffeur, while an S Class is much, much less interesting. Even boring, to be honest.
Plastic shifters, no automatic headlights, fake analog electric switches, plastic looking LCD bezels, possibly deadly gas emissions? No active suspension like Mercedes? No automated driving? How is this worth $100k, let alone $200k? Because it's a Volkswagen? Oh sorry, "Bentley". Well, at least the buyers will get to enjoy tremendous depreciation that comes standard, unlike the back up cameras. Obviously when you run over people in this car, you're supposed to just pay them off, too!
I love how classy the rear looks. I can't get enough of it. I know it's a modern luxury sedan, but the rear design blends tradition with the future with the shape of the rear and the LEDs.
"This big curvie bastard" worth a sub for that discriptive line alone.:)

@Maximus Deshawn Instablaster =)
Love the Bentley! I got to drive the V8 S model and it was soo smooth
I wish this guy had his own channel
That rear remote with the speedometer made me chuckle. Now the chauffeur has no excuse for getting a speeding ticket because his boss can watch the car speed!
COOLEY!!!! Where u been!!!!!!??????
I can afford the rear seat DVD players! ....and nothing else
I can probable afford a bolt
i can almost afford to look at it
28 mpg is very good considering size and weight
Well the one thing you never ever ever wear in this car is a mustache.
Twice you used an image of the old Flying Spur's rear cabin. Nice attention to detail. :-\
What the name of that song towards the end
How much do the USED flying Spurs cost?
2006 ones are 35-40k
What was radiating??? Whats that mean????
The instrument cluster looks very, very similar to a VW and the aluminum shifter cover looks like it came from an Audi, but then again Bentley is part of the VW-Audi family
Sweet Bentley!

Carl Lafleur This car is not intended to be a technology app car. It is luxury at its finest. From its very smooth drive to its luxury finish.
Rigth where are the televisions
please review the mercedes 6x6 or even the brabus 6x6
Funny how my 2014 vw cc has the same nav unit system and camera and so much more. But hey this is quite nice
I love Bentleys and roll Royce's

Yes am not a fan of this guy.
Silverarrow He's Negative Nancy of all car reviews
Yea he reviews the car pretty negatively
Yes, you must put on your blinders and go "Expensive = good" and see only the good. That's not the point of a review. You're supposed to be critical.
He gives an unbiased review

No automatic headlights???? My Jeep has that.
...this big curvey bastard... great turn of phrase. Love this guys videos! :-))
I laughed so hard at 5:10 where he says : "It's an interesting mix of experiences", unsure of what he should be feeling when driving this car! :) I don't always agree with him, but he's always interesting to listen to!
I laughed at 0:35 when he said B**tard hahahaha

The rear climate thing looks like a Nexus 4
Did I hear him right when he said 28mpg highway?? That is miraculous for any car with 12 cylinders, let me just say.
Cylinder deactivation.
Automatic headlights are on my moms mini!
That engine hood looked like it was gonna hit his head when he lifted it lol.
HTF would you know that this car has VW parts? I know one thing, it's much better than anything from the USA
yeah, rear view camera for option for bently? that's joke

Ted McScorcher Bentley is a car to be driven. Poor people from the outside looking in are not a care in the world for the owner.
I'm glad the little nanny assists like backup camera and Auto headlights aren't standard... as if drivers aren't getting dumb enough already. Give em even more assistance and they'll forget how to drive altogether
$250,000? Wow, my dad has to work 2 years just to get this car :D
After taxes? Either way, he's doing very well in America.
2014 S Class AMG over this car any day.
I'll save this car when I'm around 50 to 60 years old
Brandon Jolley The S class is an amazing car but it is not in the same league as a Bentley.
Agree, the Mulsanne is in a different (bigger) league, not the Flying Spur.
cost more than my house.
6:18
Plastic paddke shifters? Should be aluminum. Plastic in a car that expensive is ridiculous
Not even close. Smart and S-Class don't share ANY parts, while Bentleys have a lot of parts in them that are taken directly from Volkswagen cars.
saw it in real, i bet it scares the fuck out of you if its with 120 mph behind you
So much less of a try hard than a RR!
I love bentleys i just wouldn't get this one. Not like i have the money for it anyway lol

Maybach is bigger in the back which I favor. But who cares lol. Nice car.

I would comment about this car but when I can't own something I shut the fuck up instead of bashing it
RADIATION!!!!!!!!! DON'T DIE COOLEY!!!!!!
The corolla LE eco looks much better.
give me a continental gt
there metal
This car is twice as expensive as a Mercedes S Class but not as nice. It serves no purpose other than letting people know you're rich.
Nowadays anyone can own a mercedes thanks to the c and e class, if you own an s class people are not going to notice that you own a way more expensve car, but no matter how cheap and old your bentley is its still going to turn heads.

www9311 The S class is one of the best cars in its class and is an amazing drive.
But it is not as refined as a Bentley over all.
bighands69 You got it the wrong way round. The Bentley is a lot better to drive, but lacks the new S Class's refinement.
+supbrotv true

infuckingdeed my friend
This one looks cheap compared to the Mulsanne...
Why are you so negative all the time?
seattle1986 Truth hurts
You're not being objective...
Overpriced Volkswagen...
