Wow! This is such an awesome episode and cool how techniques and food culture varies from state to state especially California! I love this episode! Celebrate the diversity of food all across America! Such a cool platform to showcase on your show Sarah!!
OK, so did anyone catch at the end when they are all eating together. The wife is eating sushi with her chop sticks and after eating some sushi, she takes her sticks and dips them in the wasabi from the group plate. Uncool ...uuh...ugh
Only if you're a "germ-o-phobe". I've eaten off of friends plates, we've shared utensils, drank from the same glasses. And I'm well over a half century old. And going strong. All this anti germ mania, purell lifestyle, is why so many people are allergic to this or that. Nobody has a strong immune system anymore.
@@AnnaJuist I'm not talking purell, just common sense. I guess it's my training that causes me to point it out. Be careful of herpes when sharing anything that touches your mouth.
I enjoy watching Sara's program she has a lot to offer for recipe ideas and a great diversity of cuisines.

This was awesome I live in California and now my daughter lives in the Sacramento area can’t wait to try Kru Ty Sara❤
What a lovely episode. It's kind of nice seeing an Asian chef use a rice cooker. And those rice buns, what a great idea
The title is strange, but glad to see it's Sara 😊
Delicious the fried rice!!! I added pancetta which was wonderful! I also used 12” nonstick skillet worked perfect. I used double the shiitake (8oz)
Boris FX trial version LMAO!!!

@@JesusFreakJeneactually I agree with you. It’s also just bad manner. Never double dip.
