- In this video I walk you through the 3 steps you need to learn after you glue on your first fabric piece. This is what I teach in my paper piecing classes to help you remember the steps to use when you're just starting out. Once you learn these steps in the process, then it's just repeat, repeat, repeat....until you are finished with your block. Hope this helps you with learning to paper piece!

Hi Jenny, thank you for giving us your preference of the add a quarter without the plus.
You are welcome!
The Add a Quarter Ruler is a must have. Sure you can use your regular ruler, but in a work process that requires many repetitive tasks, this ruler eliminates alignment as it is done by FEEL, v having to manual align. (notes from my personal sweatshop)
Definitely!! 👍🏻😁
very helpful video. Many thanks
Glad it helped! You’re very welcome! ☺️
Hi Jenny, thanks so much for all the helpful videos. I’ve watched them all, a few more than once because i ordered my first Judy pattern. I told my family I’m starting my graduate work in quilting.
That’s great Toni! Best of luck to you. I’m so glad you found my videos helpful!
@@jennyclark495 I hope your going to do more videos as they are so helpful and I am new to this and have started a project.
Im starting to “get it”....thanks Jenny, your very helpful and explain very well 👍👍
Yay! Glad to be helpful!
Glad the video helped!!
Jenny, just started watching your videos and wow. FYI, I was born in Kalispell, MT. Small world.
Yes indeed a small world! Thanks for reaching out. Have fun!
I was trying to find your website and the additional video of chain piecing paper @@jennyclark495
Hi! Thank you for all of your videos! Your tips are very helpful. I cannot find the chain piecing video.
Hi Jenny, I am new to Quiltworx patterns and your videos have been very helpful. Do you have the Tip list that is on your folding template as a PDF anywhere? It is complete but simple - I would like to do the same thing and put it on my folding template.
Thanks!
I do Fold. Trim. Sew. Starch…Press It would make a great tatoo
Will you be doing more videos?? These have been so helpful!
I’m planning on it very soon. I’ve been in chaos the past couple months with a huge kitchen remodel! Thanks so much for watching and subscribing!
I hope to very soon. Thanks for watching!
I notice you don’t respond to most videos but I have the same question as @cherietatro4069 - can you provide the tip list from your folding card? Great video - many thanks.
I try to respond to all comments if I can. The tips from the folding card are pretty much what I go over in the video. I’ll try to get a close up pic to post if I can.
Hi! I love your videos! I cannot find your video on chain piecing. Can you please point me in the right direction?
Hi Kristin… so glad you like my videos and that they are helpful! I haven’t put together a chain piecing one yet. I’m getting ready to put out some new videos over the next few weeks so please stay tuned! Thanks so much!
@@jennyclark495 great! I’ll keep an eye out for them. It would be great if you have any Dinner plate dahlia videos 😊
Where do I find the chain piecing video?
I don’t like how you used batiks for this presentation because batiks have a dark “wrong” side and it gets confusing while watching you. 😔
Sorry you’re having trouble. Main thing is when you sew your pieces make sure they are right side to right side. Best of luck to you
Oh my gosh, im getting lost.
You can do it! Just pause, take a deep breath and rewind. Once you get it, you can do any paper piecing project!!
