  • The Offspring is a punk rock band from California, USA, that formed in 1984. The band consists of lead vocalist and rhythm guitarist Dexter Holland, lead guitarist Noodles, bassist Todd Morse, and drummer Pete Parada.
    The Offspring released their seventh studio album, "Splinter," on December 9, 2003. The album was produced by Brendan O'Brien and features twelve tracks. "Splinter" debuted at number 30 on the Billboard 200 chart and was certified gold by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA) in 2004.
    The lead single from the album, "Hit That," became a hit on rock radio and reached number 45 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. Other popular songs from the album include "The Noose," "Spare Me the Details," and "Can't Get My Head Around You."
