One of the best DMB concerts I've been to...this version of Shotgun is one of a kind, you can see him almost start to cry during the song. Unbelievable how we can paint a picture with words of his sister getting murdered and still keep it together...powerful stuff.
This brings back so many memories. I started getting more serious with my guitar playing and was so thrilled when Tim started touring with them (first show I saw was in 2004). Completely blew me away.
I was at this show, it is one of the greatest shows I have ever been too. DMB fan since 1998, been to 39 shows and counting. SPAC has long been a favorite and what we were lucky enough to be a part of that night, I will never forget. Thank you so much for uploading this!!!
Always fun to listen to the old days when Dave used to talk between each song. These days, he just says hello, and that’s it. In 2.5 hours, you might get two hello’s.
is this show not pro shot?? Seems like on Jimi thing and a few other songs they had a whole crew there. If they did have a professional crew to capture video of everything why hasnt it been released ?? This is an insane show. Do you think they will ever release an official blu-ray/dvd for this show?? I would buy it in a second
this was my 32nd dave show and my sons first, and what a concert it was. felt like it could have ended after the first four songs and i would've been happy.

Very seldom these days does Dave connect to a song like he does with this Shotgun. I forgot how good this performance is, direct mention of his murdered sister Anne. Chills every time I venture to this song, great stuff, boys!
Man I miss Roi. The pennywhistle on Dreaming Tree is *chef kiss*
Most powerful Dreaming Tree ever played.

The camera panning to Roi right as Dave is singing "never had a chance to say goodbye" around 1:07:40 during Shotgun. Wow.
if I were at this concert and heard the opening 5 songs, I might have just died of happiness...epic setlist
This show was just incredible. Was there. Just the DDTW is giving me chills. They LOVED this night. LeRoi was injured one week later.
This was the first show I saw with Tim, that night changed my whole perception of this band...great solos on R&R & #41..his phrasing is incredible
My first dmb show. What a setlist!!!
Ive been to 43 so far. Most recent was salt lake city 22.

Very possibly the best DMB show I ever attended.
The fact that I will probably see them at SPAC next 10 years after this was recorded is blowing my mind.
Always fun to listen to the old days when Dave used to talk between each song. These days, he just says hello, and that’s it. In 2.5 hours, you might get two hello’s.
Thanks again! They always put on a great show, but they were feelin' it this night! Great energy

if anyone listens closely at 1:26:12 to 1:26:13 you can hear a "YEAAAH" after the first note of 40, that was my dad
Phenomenal! Sppoky too as LeRoi would be dead in a year from this recording
Tim's solo on Jimi is fantastic

Great show but the camerawork in this video makes you dizzy.
