Warnings over AI imposter scams

There is a new warning about AI imposter scams, when scammers use artificial intelligence to clone your voice or the voice of your loved ones to try and get money. FOX 5 NY's Arthur Chi'en has the story.

Every time I get a call from an unknown number soliciting, I pretend to be someone else that actually needs their services. . .last year I started as Jason Vorhees, owner of the Camp Crystal Lake Organization and I was in fact DESPERATELY in need of Tax Relief so was very thankful for them calling🃏🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
It took them awhile to figure it out and disconnect and I started enjoying unwanted calls👑✊

Under no circumstances Do you give someone money unless you're standing in front of them and you know exactly who they are. If someone calls you saying their company, you owe money or this and that just hang up and called the number that you know to be real back and start asking questions, but still don't send money. If you think it's a family member, ask them something only the two of you would know. In this world, everyone is a liar. You can't believe or trust anything.
