I was a member of two IPMS chapters off and on, a co-founder of one and attended six national IPMS conventions over a period of thirty years and no one in all that time ever talked about surface prep the way it's shown here. Wondered when I saw entries with subtle line weathering but wasn't till RUclips I actually saw it demonstrated. You take it to new levels here and have earned a top spot in my viewing choices. Hats off to you sir for bringing back my Advanced Modeler Syndrome! May it find fertile ground on which to take root!
You honor me with your wonderful words, sir. Especially the thoughts of an experienced person like you were very, very valuable to me. Thank you again.
The Antenna-wire is amazing. i've not completly figured out how you used that hypodermic needle - but i'll experiment arround a little bit. Very good work!
Excellent painting techniques. Over the top of skills and experience. I really like those details of the brake lines. Congrats keep showing to us your models. Very Good video edition. You are a bomb You got one new subscriber.
Impressive build and especially painting and weathering techniques. Thank you for showing and explaining in such detail. I’m currently building the G2 version (newer release) which is a rebox of this kit. I’ll be sure to apply some of the clever stuff you’re showing here. You’ve got a new subscriber 😊
Hi! Very nice....one of the best build video I've ever seen. So dramatic. I just only can dream to build one like that. One more thing 25 minutes duration of the video is really suit me, I usually pass all that long video and come in parts. Yours is perfect with my taste. TQ
Thank you for showing us how it's done.Excellent work and a true masterpiece. Thank you especially for documenting the brands and RLM numbers of the colors used. Just one question: You say there were no rivets. But when Revell first released the Bf 109 in 1:32 as an "F" and soon after a "G" with minor additions it was one the first ever to feature flush rivets. Were those later discontinued, and if so, for what reason?
Thank you for your nice comment. This model had some riveted surfaces under the wing, but unfortunately there were no rivet details on the wing tops and fuselage. I'm sorry, but I don't have information to compare the models you mentioned.

Just a little difference by national markings, and there is an Finnish Air Force Messerschmitt Bf109G!
Great video, with "stolze" music, many thanks!
