Ohma was never fully recovered. It is from the intervention of the Kure Clan, that made Ohma's recovery "good enough" to fight, but not fully healed. Same, for Kuroki in his previous fights. Kuroki, his right fist is blinking red from Kano & Ohma's fight against Inaba, Rian, Kiryu, Cosmo & Waka did a huge toll on him-bruises & all from his body.
