Makes me wanna give another chance to Daban. Got myself a Daban 8820 last year, I was really disappointed by it. Didn't help that it was my first Daban kit.

Second the fitting is typical of 3rd-party kit; not that much of a deal breaker, it comes with the territory. But the most dissapointing part of the built is the quality of its polycap. I somehow tears the knee polycap simply by pinching it on its slot.

They have, an ultra-expensive BS, it's called Metal Build. I prefer buying Wing 0 Ver KA from Bandai + Snow White Prelude Extension from Chinese 3rd party Manufacturer (Not Daban, I dunno the brand)
i recently build this and i realise i had a really really frustrating time building the waist part as the side joints always come off , but over all the rest was niceee

Awesome work. Unfortunately I have already built and painted the Supernova Version. I personally felt the Supernova looked more badass since it's got sharper edges and 2 sets of seraphim binders. But the joints are tight and not easy to pose. How would you compare between Daban's and Supernova's version? Also, really like the final part where you gave your personal score for each review - that would really help your viewers to get a really good idea of the overall kit. Please keep up the good work and I really hope your channel will grow much bigger than this!
Both kits look great so either of 2 are a good choice, I don't have the Supernova version of Snow White Prelude, so I can't compare it. The only things I know about these kits are that Supernova changed the design, and the Daban version exactly replicated the Bandai Metal Build's design. your comments have made me feel a lot happier. thank you!
@@vftw6086 main body is absolutely more simple, supernovas actually modified the og MG to have the wings of the ka signature metal figures but the main body is a spiked version of the old Mg but supernova still got the size and the second binder arm’s because both come with 12 dwarf cannons

Great review! Do you think its safe to panel line this with pour type(oil based) gundam marker? Heard it eats through ABS plastic. But this is painted so would it be an issue or no?
Yes, it still has some minor flaws and imperfections. Not all copies are created equally. though it can be fixed with a simple hack for the loose sections and a little sanding for the tight parts, thank you!
It is still great up to this point. There are no loose parts on the ms itself. Only the connector for the drei zwergs is a little loosen up. since I've been playing it for a while. Concerning the tools, just the nipper hobby knife and glass file will do. Sandpaper may cause harm to the special paint.
I was always skeptical on why other stores have this on 4,000 to 5,000 php, later I found that this was taken from Bandai's gffmc which is around 49-50,000 php. Makes me wanna buy it now more than ever.
Most of the joints are a little tight, but that's OK for articulation. Some components on the inner frame require a little sanding, but the armor parts fit well and don't require sanding. The plastic feels matte with glitter effects, and it appears to be a premium coating. And don't worry about nubs, especially on outside armor; most of them are undergated.
I was going to be picky about the hands being loose, but then I realized the support piece would be needed anyway with how big those damn weapons are 😂
well, it never will, for various reasons. One of them is quite simple, Daban will never reach the same snap-fit precision and plastic quality as Bandai unless they sell it at a higher price than what Bandai offers.
@@arkyristiandicta6302 you can never know. There's always room for improvement, and more competitors in the market is always good. I don't have that much issues with the more recent daban kits. But for newbies, they can always go for Bandai first before moving to other third party kits
I want my own Wing Zero Custom Show White Prelude but I'm divided between Daban or Super Nova... which has the best building experience? When I built my Daban 6650 Freedom Gundam some fittings were a nightmare, so much so that I ultimately just cut some pegs and splash cement on it. There were other pieces that left a gap between fittings and they aren't that evident, but that is because I have him on a top shelf so it looks good from far away.

It did not have the experience of the old Wing Gundam with rubber wings, but worry not because the wings in this kit are not made of rubber. All are made of plastic and have screws to provide additional stability.
Yeah if it was adopted in the anime i bet this Gundam will singlehandedly be the most OP in all Timelines combine and the fact its wings acts also as a maneuvering thrusters, a shield, and a built in weapon like the original 1 just made it the most maneuverable and the most deadly Mobile Suit ever conceived. It would absolutely dethroned the Double X as the most OP conventionally but the King is still Turn A and Turn X as that Gundam can be classified as a Walking Doomsday Weapon. The model is absolutely stunning and the white coloration makes it cleaner in my perspective.

I don't have the super nova version of this kit, so I can't really tell much, but as far as I know, the supernova variant has changed the design and 2x of drei zwerg, and this daban variant is replicated by the metal composite of Bandai.
The fact that small piece parts at the lower chest adhere stronger (no glue/cement needed) than Bandai's Wing Zero EW Ver KA sometimes makes me wonder if Bandai should hire whoever Daban's engineer to fix some of Bandai's kit shortcomings.

Kinda wanted to try this out but it costs as much, sometimes more than Bandai's own ver.ka kit of Wing Zero in my country. I know this kit is based on a more expensive line from Bandai but I can't really justify spending as much as a ver.ka kit on a bootleg.

Also in comparison the supernova build must be much more simpler than the dabans as it has triple the pieces

Yes, there is an adaptor that connects to the base stand. Up to three stand arms can be use.

Surprisingly, no. It's not completely smooth, but compared to my previous daban builds, this one is really great. Only a few parts are tight.
