I don't know about the pit-stop time... But the sound from the gasoline machine.. With pure horsepower... Is awesome..
They add Fuel back then
Es verdad
God these brain dead bots
80/90's car sounds are amazing 🤌
Nothing that you would understand
That 90s sound booooy! Woooooow!❤
Remember also Senna’s McLaren - Honda MP4/6 - V12 sound? That was awesome.
changing them in less then 2 seconds is just crazy
You never knew if they'd break a gearbox or driveshaft, or the wheel falls off. Part the excitement back then, risky & expensive for the teams
Video is misleading as the early years pitstops included having to wait for fueling as well whereas now it's just tires
Not in 1990. Fueling existed between 1994 and 2009.
@@dafakerussian fueling was also allowed from 1950 to 1984 (but was quite rare before 1982)
I don't watch F1 in a very long time, what do they mean by they fueling then and now they don't? I seriously ask
@@MelancholyRider It means what it means : from 1980 to 1984 then 1994 to 2009, you were allowed to refuel the cars during the pitstops, and because it was longer to refuel than to change tyres, the process of tyre changing didn't need to be as perfect as today.
@@naglafar2651 i mean, did they did not refuel at all now? How many laps did F1 had right now?
Man that Ferrari, Marlboro, Schumacher combo 🎉
Those early jacks and the modern ones wow 😮
Anni 90 un mito in ogni cosa🔝
Back in 1960, I remember that you could get a Coke and a sandwich to go while you were waiting for the Pit Crew to finish. 🥪
Don't forget half pack of cigarettes and last communion from the priest. In case you die in next lap
I wonder how much time did it take from pit entry to pit exit between 1990 (refuelling, no speed limit) and 2010 (no refuelling, pit lane speed limited mostly to 80 km/h)
There was no refueling in 1990. It was (re-)introduced in 1994 along with the pit lane speed limit regulation. (I say "reintroduced", because refueling was technically legal until the mid 80s when teams first started to really attempt to include them in their strategy, but was quickly banned due to safety reasons.)
The sound of 90s machines engine is Wild ❤
Dayum, from almost 9 seconds to almost 1.8 seconds!? That's crazy man.
Those 90's turbos sounded beautiful.
Not V12 Ferrari ?
NA v12

@@George-i7p ok 80's. Happy numnuts?
The sound when he took off in 1st clip. Dayuuum
That take-off of the 90's V12 Ferrari. 👌😍 Bellissimo! ❤ He's trying to get back the lost time from the pit stop. And he sounds very angry. 😁
still not as quick as me on the toilet
Me quedo con los 90's. Fascinantemente locos y magicos
1990 the pilot kept reving to avoid stalling the engine. That was gold. Today is so boring.
@@festol1 it’s basically impossible to stall the cars now. Back then, they didn’t have paddle shifters either. A fully manual transmission, not a steering wheel that looks like it came with a PlayStation.
The sound is all , fantastic
aahh under 2000 when still V10 & V8, the sound is like beast screaming🤤
2050: changing tires increase your speed 😂😂
Yeah, the driver travels back in time three seconds and leaves before he pits.
they had on the short shorts in the 90s like a casual day.
In 1990 I was watching the race on TV and all the time I was impressed how quickly they made pit stop 😂
those cars in the 90's were beautiful
F1 is so impressive in many ways. Crazy!

That’s insane!
Ive never had chills watching such orchestrated work like i just experienced now
Search RUclips for “Japan converts Shibuya Toyoko line.” They converted an above ground line into a subway line over 4 hours at night and used more than a thousand workers. The Timelapse and number of people present is mesmerizing. Enjoy!
Best change is that the lives of the pit crews are now valued with safety clothing & helmets + no fuel being hurriedly spilt & pit speed limits! Thank Heavens.
Looks like a lot of people disagree with you lol
