These two are such a great couple and I just love the way they do all these wonderful things together. This is the way it should be I believe.
That is the most rad takeoff I have seen since the sr71 I watched take off at Mt Home AFB in 1971
The thing is: if you're going to go somewhere with a name like OshKosh, 𝑠𝑜𝑚𝑒𝑡ℎ𝑖𝑛𝑔 good is going to happen.😂 The actual flights did look fantastic but there were a couple of highlights for me, right at the end. Were those Dakotas? Fireworks are usually hugely over-rated but that display looked incredible, best I've seen. Edinburgh at New Year is meant to be about the best display in the world but that looked even better.
I must admit Emily, I've got a smile on my face right now ............. and I wasn't even there. Watching your face, with your smile getting wider with every manoeuvre, was an absolute pleasure. I guess happiness is infectious.😁😁😁😁

Great video of a awesome experience. Oshkosh is a great experience especially for a pilot like me living in Wisconsin. Wish I could meet you two fun loving people! I was fortunate enough to fly jump seat in a P-51 mustang 26 years ago doing aerobatics over East Troy Wisconsin.

Fairly easy - but very difficult doing it well consistently. Extra 300 is a blast to fly and a beast to land.

Man that looked like a blast. Just curious...have y'all ever been on the EAA Ford Tri-motor? Me and dad went up in it back in 2010 when it was at the North Little Rock Airport. Fun fact...my grandpa (dad's dad) went on his first plane ride in a tri-motor as a kid when it was a new plane! His dad said "I'm not going up in that thing but you can". Had grandpa of been alive I know he woulda jumped at the chance to go up in one again.

So interesting that the fps on the cams almost freeze the props. Watching them taxi with almost no prop rotation was hilarious.
