No its more stupid and illogical. Always eat fresh boiled fresh fish and free range chicken and one egg in the morning. Also eat yo veggies and fruits. And walk and run or jog combine these three. Ignore the pain and think of the strong legs you may get. And you are good.

I started doing fast walks in the evenings since April 1. (10 KM) mark. It's been 12 days and I'm seeing a lot of changes. I sleep better, my moods improved, I became happier and I feel good. 😊

Quick update.
It's been 2 weeks and man I feel great already. My insomnia is gone. I sleep better now, lost some kilos and I'm more productive. I added a few plank and mountain climbers exercises. I'll be updating this as often as possible 😊
May I ask how much weight you lost?
@@sunnytea3574 a lot I guess. My tummy got flatter and my abs are starting to show.
I didn't want to measure my weight before this so that it wouldn't look like I was doing this to lose some pounds. I wanted the overall effect.
Points to note.
* I do the lemon and warm water therapy first thing in the morning and last thing before bed.
*I do some planks and ab exercises morning and night
*I got a fitness tracker (Amazfit Bip) to check my walking activity. I cover between 7 to 11 KM at night although I have reduced my activity and give a day gap to rest cos my legs started to ache bad.
I feel great and I'm thankful for these videos.

Do not start of running if you cant, start light and walk to build up your endurance after you do then start light jogging and work your way up, good luck.

Drink water 8-12 glass everyday
Do skipping, 10 mins of skipping a day burns 100 cal
Do planks for 3-5 mins a day then go higher when you are used to
Sleep in cold temperature
Take cold showers
Skip donuts or any fast food
If you want to eat fast food eat once a week but light not heavy
Then see the results

Walking is truly the best way to shed the pounds, I lost 60 pounds walking, it really does come off quick when you walk, doing at least 2.5 miles a day 7days a weeks is the key. I ate right too, but did not completely deprive myself.

This was years ago, I was 45 years old, I started to walk the end of January of that year, I was at 220 pounds and walked every single day, even in the rain sometimes just as long as there was no thunder storms...lol, by the end of April, I had already lost 45 pounds, no lie, it sheds right off when you walk....at least it worked for me....everybody has a different body type...etc.
I changed my diet (portion control is the key) and started walking. I lost 22 kilos in 7 months. Kept it off for a year. You can eat all things - in moderation. Track everything you eat, and walk 3-6 km a day.

buy yourself a watch with a large face. They are at target for 30$. start on each 5 minutes. Do 1 min run, 4 min walk. Do it for 1 1/2 hrs per day. Start eating healthy. Find a good podcast to help your boredom (this american life, serial, joe rogan for guys). You will lose weight. Just like these guys say. Learn to enjoy sushi, meat only diets with no oil. Get a Foreman grill.
I lost about 15 kgs in last 4months .I did somewhat similar - Got a Fitbit to count steps / calories + Diet Control + Walking/Jogging /Running atleast 5 days a week ( 7-8kms ) .

Now that I've got some endurance built up (I can run a 5k almost without stopping--except to pick up whatever my toddler has tossed out of the stroller) I will definitely be implementing this in my training to lose a few pounds. I've read that each pound of fat puts 4 pounds of pressure on your joints!

You need to actually walk a lot. I usually jog twice a day. One hour total. Plus a bit of weights. I hurt my hand recently so I am walking eighty minutes a day.

You can run in your home. I used to run indoor because I was shy to run in the park. Took me 2 weeks to be able to run 20 minutes straight and therefore I ran, outdoor, in the park.
I see many fat postman in my town. Food makes you fat, lack of food makes you skinnier. This only helps.

I know this is from a year ago but...This is a terrible idea. If you want to lose weight then workout, eat healthily, don't skip meals, and drink plenty of water. It might take a while but it's better than giving people an idea of having an eating disorder.
There's no science whatsoever to suggest we need or require multiple meals a day.
Considering for over ten thousand years man has been perfectly fine eating 1 meal every few days, evolution doesn't work quickly enough for us to gain benefits from multiple meals a day.
One of the most elite MMA fighters in the world only eats once a day, and that's with his intense training regime.
I suggest watching George St Pierre's recent video on eating once a day on the Joe Rogan podcast.

Youve been brainwashed thru tv commercials and marketing to eat 3 times a day. Depending on whats eaten for that one meal, one meal a day is just fine. Protein and veggies and water is all you need. STOP sugars and carb waters.

Start with walking 3 kms a day. After 1 week notch it up to jogging at least 1 km. Hope that helps

Clyde Alexander It takes 4 weeks or even 12 weeks for some to see results. Keep on at it!👍 Don't be discouraged. The fatter you are the sooner you see results. So if you don't have that much fat, it will probably take you longer to see the results so like 12 weeks.
