Prabhas was not like a joker in this movie.He just gave his 💯 to the role. Prabhsas role is written that way. The first half is fun guy, slapstick comedy. Easy going person.. In the second half when karn role he plays he has to get the serious mode. He has to show contrast in his acting. P. S. Prabhas is just playing what he is said to do, written in the script.. Arshad Warsi is a joker guy, he is just a comedian.
