We moved to riverfront Vancouver.
Not safe at all. The homeless are out of control! Too many car and condo break ins!
We have seen more homeless coming into downtown Vancouver. The Felida area is further south and doesn’t have those issues.

we love the Vancouver area and prices......being from CA, you get so much more for the money.....we love all the green trees and fresh air!!!
