Its issue with your ram Firstly for safety remove the battery then remove ram and put it again if not works try cleaning the ram slot or put it in another available slot
@@rahulmorya4544 Yes i have HP Pavilion Gaming Laptop 16-a0901nc and it's have 2 RAM modules used by manufacturer. I wanted to buy a new PC anyway, just tried to revive my loyal laptop until that day. I still have extended guarantee on it so i am gonna try if the seller will do something about it.
@@rahulmorya4544two ram module means? Initially i had 8gb ram and and installed another 8gb of adata Laptop 2018 ka hai & second ram 2020 mai dalvaayi thi.. itna jaldi faulty ho sakta hai kya?
@jaynaik304 try using only one ram and put in slot 1 ,if this works their might be fault in 2nd ram. if not works put ram into second slot then check. Fault depends on laptop usage agar heavy use kiya hai till now phir to problem aa skti hai ram mein.

@@harshbhardwaj5109ye RAM ki problem hai. Ek baar Ram ko second slot me laga krke try krna. shayad ram slot mein na dikkat ho.

You don't have to pull out battery.
For safety its always good to disconnect from the power source to prevent any ESD damage.
