Shaping Surfboard [2 of 2] Concave, Rails

Shaping a shortboard for a kiter friend.
Surfboard dimensions are 5'6 x 18" x 2 1/8.
This Board was made for kite wave so has got a low entry rocker and less volume then a normal surfboard.
Unfornutately I do not have the Glassing part video.
I’ve been shaping since 2017, but I would not declare my self as an expert.
Everytime I put a surfboard I shaped into the water the exlamation it is always the same "GALLEGGIA" (it floats).-
