Def gonna have to say the Kraton is better… imo when I had both my Kraton was a beast!! It took some extra money to make the sledge even close to as good… when you’re ready we gotta hit my spot in nj in Lumberton you’d have a blast it’s got some nice jumps and everything.. you could make some awesome videos there

It's the reverse for me with gears the Kraton keeps stripping the rear diff. In the process of adding metal diff case and rear diff...not worried about the front so much

Bruh, you know you pissed some folks off bringing that clicky ass Sledge out for a comparison video. From the jump, i knew that signature Traxxas clicking LOL. This happens with the Xmaxx constantly, and if you throw a mod 2.0 setup in it the entire gear set will fall out LOL. I have experienced it and witnessed others go through it, but some are headed LOL.

I think Arrma makes better straight out the box rc’s and Traxxas trains you to be a builder because their rc’s are about 60% complete where as I see Arrmas being completed rtr’s. Dope video 💯
Just got a new kraton but dont want to run it till i have time to shim the diff and change the fluid trying to not break this one as much as the last lol
It comes with shims installed and good grease.
Which Parts Did You Break On The Karton, Before I Buy One, So I Can Buy Extra Parts..

I love the Mojave, but the Fireteam is more stable jumping .Both drives are almost the same.
Fireteam is a tank. Body panels suck but the cage structure is solid. Move the battery tray back, put the speed pinion on, earplug the center diff and it's a any speed wheelie, flipping beast.
Stock diffs always fucking up on these cars
Which one? You have to use the provided shims in the Kraton diffs, or it’ll always mesh wrong. Some people say their Kraton came with the diff shims installed, but I don’t know for certain.
@smeefbeef367 Yes, it was shimed .The Sledge diffs are blown.
Yea notorious v5 6s blx came shimmed but they still get blown and stop popping Willie’s and loose speed and you here the clicking sound , i suggest upgrade both front/rear diff as well as the center diff
love my sledge just hate the chineseium gears, and the plastic is weak. my talion is much better
