Macedonia is a natural mixture of flavors typical of the entire Balkans. Greek, Italian and Bulgarian influences are also noticeable here. In the following, we will show you some very tasty dishes that have stolen our hearts and palates.
The old bazaar is, of course, the most recommended place for a traditional Macedonian feast. Especially in the evening, when, in combination with low lighting and pleasant smells, the atmosphere of the old town spreads to everyone.
Restaurants are most often located in clusters, with open-air gardens. We ate every day in the old town.
