I have the same machine and find the safety button you hold with your thumb needs to be rounder as it's sore on the thumb if your doing big shifts , the hand rubber on the shaft has split . But it cuts very well and the noise reduction removes all the fatigue of the petrol m/c's , I have the battery belt which is great for taking more weight of the machine .
I know a few operators that have complained about the trigger also .

Hi it’s Andy What’s your view on customers cancelling and do you charge a fee
Depends on the situation if theres a personal reason ok but for a last minute cancellation you would be keen to charge however you would need to specify this on the terms and conditions when quoting initially. Personally I put them on the drop list!
Im glad that Husqvarna is coming out with the 525 series! Because 520 series sucks hard. Worst piece of equipment that Husqvarna have. I seriously don't understand how people can recommend it.
