Just put these tires on my Cybertruck. Unfortunately it won't accept anything larger than the 35's without rubbing on the low and below lift setting. Got me a small collection of DIESEL JL's and haven't decided what lifts I want to go with. May only do it on one of them. So thanks to your video I'll be throwing these 37" on my more daily driver one. I've added the Banks Power Deringer to them which gives me up to +57 hp & +73 lb-ft, 1 second faster 0-60 acceleration on the stock tires. So it should have no problem with these 37's. Thanks for going into the fine details on this.
@@stratocrewzr No problem glad you liked the video! I have always loved diesels especially the power you can get from just a tune is amazing. Thanks for watching!
Great job on the video. Stance wise, your jeep is perfection. The XR does look somewhat overlifted for the 35s that come on it. Adding 37s, brought the look too perfection imo. Cheers.
Thank you!! We are absolutely loving it! I did come back and add a little 3/4” coil spacer lift just to get it slightly higher, but I didn’t need to at all.
I have those same Icon wheels. Been running for about a year and they work really well and they've taken some abuse from rocks. I'm running 40" nitto trail grapplers
So far I love those wheels!! I’ve had zero issues and I’ve aired down lower than I should have for the trails around here. I’m hoping one of these days we will have 38s or 40s after some axel and steering upgrades!
Correct 36.77” according to Nitto. I didn’t actually measure mine out to verify that size, but from what I’ve seen they are the closest to the labeled size compared to other brands. That’s why most people refer to them as “true to size” even though they aren’t quite there yet.
We opted for the 4.88s from the factory since we planned on going to 37s pretty quick. I did notice a difference, but in a good way. The 4.88s were a little too low with the 35s in my personal opinion, and it feels a lot better now with the 37s. It still holds 8th majority of the time unless of course going uphill or into a headwind.
@@BreacherUpOffroadCustoms thx for prompt reply. Yes, stock 4.88 is a good option for upsizing to 37s. So far the best wrangler for stock options in primary and secondary components. Hopefully jeepers and competitors will compel Jeep to make the newer models even better and more capable. Enjoy your rig and the purpose it’s bought for.
Do you think that these tires will fit with the stock 2024 Rubicon x wheels? I would like to swap my 35's and do not know if I can just go to the tire shop or need to run it over to the 4x4 business. Great video, we have the same setup only in white color.
@@RobinForbes-o3r If I were to guess I would say yes they would fit. Our offset on the new wheels didn’t move it out much further from stock. Judging from where I see things getting close to rubbing on ours I think you’d be just fine, but… never be 100% sure until you try it out. I would be prepared for a backup plan just in case. Inner fender liners will buy you some space without breaking the bank. Thanks for watching!
In time I’d like to upgrade all the steering components including hydraulic assist as well as the axel shafts, but all of that will be after a lift kit.
@@BreacherUpOffroadCustoms That's great to hear for future upgrades, but I'm actually surprised you went with the 37s first before you upgraded all the components to support those 37s. Such as ball joints, a lift, brakes, etc. Looking forward to future videos!
@@husker_nationThe newer axels “should” be able to handle the 37s without any problems. We’re not going too crazy on the trails, and I usually don’t abuse the skinny pedal when we’re climbing.
Also going to do a regearing on the Tacoma at some point and he’s going with 5.29s and 35s. I’ll try to talk about gearing options in both of those videos.
The majority of what I've read says it's 1.5" on the 3.6L and diesel Xtreme Recons, and closer to 2" on the 392s. I am not 100% sure about that on the 2024 models; however, there was not a notable difference between my 24 and my dad's 22 XR. I do know the front sits level on the 24s, and the older model XRs have a 3/4" drop in the front. I believe that's because they started offering a factory winch on the 24s.

The Nitto Ridge Grapplers measure out to 36.75" they are the closest thing to a true 37" tire

Did you opt it with 4.88 or 4.56? If 4.56 do u see any power loss with 37s?

Nice stinger, is it the WARN low?
Yes it is! We’ve been very happy with it!
Nice build. Any issues with backup sensors?
Nope zero issues so far! Everything’s working like it should.
Do you have any plans to get new drive shafts to adjust for the angles?
Eventually we will but not right now. That’s something I’ll do when we get a new lift.
