This video seems really helpful, but i just realized that my puzzle is missing pieces.. no wonder i was getting so frustrated! Maybe I'll try again with a different puzzle.
You have to open up the two parts of his head and stick the long screw inside the two pieces. Then it will fall neatly into the hole and the panda will stay in its place :) I suggest screwing it and then placing the top-most head piece on top of the screw after it all fits, so its all secure and the head can come off and on whenever you want to try the puzzle again!
It’s not really a permanent setting for it like it sits in that hole but if anything knocks into it it will pop out. If you don’t plan on rebuilding it you could take like a small dab of glue and glue it in but make sure the glue dries clear.
Check if there’s any over fill on the pieces from the molding process, if there’s anything that’s extra on it it won’t sit properly, if the pole isn’t tightened enough and is sitting too high could also be the problem. If it’s loose, just not staying on without the other two issues unfortunately sometimes they’re like that. :(
Mmm is there any overfill from the molding process? Sometimes that happens... if there is then you can cut the little bits off with like a nail clipper, if there isn’t overfill and you aren’t able to get the bigger one on the left side when it’s facing you or if there isn’t a smaller one, then I’d say you’d have a defective puzzle and I’d exchange it where you got it from or try talking to. Bepuzzled themselves.
Well from your other comments, if the pole is too long, the top part of the head won’t fit. If it’s loose after you put the pole in it most definitely isn’t the right length. So if that’s the case I would consider returning it and exchanging it out. I built the panda twice without a issue :( and I’ve never had the trouble with the pole being incorrect with any of the puzzles. :/ as for the top part of the head, it should fit (if the pole is right) but sometimes pieces that aren’t secured in by a pole can be a little loose.
@@Rapuzzle it’s so confusing. It doesn’t look like it connects right between the hand and the foot. One of the paws as well as one of the feet on the big one has a grove where I assume you are supposed to stick the bamboo but no matter which way it just doesn’t line up right.
Why is this a 19 minute video and we been on this for over 2 hours. N we stuck on 8 minutes. U not telllint us to flip the dang thing when u be placing it. Do better

The top of my head won’t fit on! The screw to hold everything in place sticks up to high and it’s screwed tightly

Mine wouldn't fit at first, I had to shift the hands a little closer and there is also a notch in the foot that it fits into. :)

Rapuzzle the legs are the same size one of Them won’t fit into the smaller hole but I’ll try the nail clippers thank you 😊

Not all of them do. If it’s on the box then you should return and exchange it. But they do sell a version with just the adult panda.

The bamboo isn’t meant to be set in good and stay it just sits there unfortunately. :(
