I may be wrong, but this is not Sanpo! It's very rare to see sanpos reflection. In this video we've seen it several times and it doesn't look like Sanpo at all. I hope I'm totally wrong. No subtitles!! Sanpo always had subtitles saying what road he was on or what building he was showing. Something just doesn't add up.
