Family Support 360

LifeScape offers Family Support 360 services to people with intellectual/developmental disabilities and their families in Sioux Falls and the surrounding communities. We help both children and adults-and their families-in self-directing the services they need to live as independently as possible in the community with their family or in their own home. Our Family Support Coordinators are trained in person-centered planning and focus on personal outcomes for the people they support. Combined, our coordinators have over 70 years of service to people with disabilities.
