Why people put their children to home care? Why do they thing is better for strangers to care for their child? That's sad and it's not okay

Do you realise how exhausting it is for families to care for disabled kids, teens and adults at home?? It can really stop people from living a normal and happy life caring for their disabled kids full time who have needs you dont even know about
      so be quiet.
