My 2 coaches never let me ever play a single game my whole high school career. Every day I get on that field, I hustle my ass off 110% during practice. They just told me that I won't get a chance at college baseball. I never stepped on the diamond after that comment was made. I went home, and I cried my heart out. We all have a passion for a sport. I was a fan of a diamond field. I never will play on a diamond field. Ever again! So here is my advice to all of you young talents, hustle your ass off! Give it 110%, 120%, shit, even infinite % everything you've got. If they don't let you play, go straight to the coach and directly tell them, "What do I need to do to start coach?" Improve anyway that you can. Run 60 yard sprints, throw long tosses, get in the weight room, do whatever to get better. Don't make the mistake of ever trying to do what anyone else can't do. No matter what, you can do whatever you want to in life. But, you HAVE to commit to it! Don't be like me, and quit because of dickhead coaches who won't let you play a single game.

Anything can be done with will and hard work. Larry Walker just made the Hall of Fame and he was in 11th grade when he started playing ball
