This mainly applies to jobs that are preformed on a computer but remote work allowed so many of us to save time and money that we would've otherwise lost to commuting or having to live in some expensive high-density area for work. Remote work was a quality of life improvement for many people. Most of the time too you're returning to an office where you just sit right back down on your computer and do your work virtually anyhow! The real solution is hybrid work IMO, you get the flexibility that remote work can provide but also get a second space you can go to when needing to interact with your team in person.
hey! love the work, but are you guys missing the music in your opening segment in this video?
It's not the normal upload.
Love the discussion, let's ride!!

Happy Monday & holidays everyone‼️
I like this group talk
Kaila lost me when she started sympathizing with companies firing employees for playing fantasy football
Putting effort into emails is a waste of time. Pick up the phone and talk to someone if you need a connection. The idea that email isn’t a level of obfuscation is corporate austerity.
Good Afternoon BD Day 45!
FYI: I lead both my fantasy football leagues as the #1 seed in the playoffs and I don’t do any of this while at work. So follow the rules at work, don’t get fired, get better at FFL, and have a Merry Christmas!!!🎄
These guests were painful to watch. The fact that employees shouldn't be held productive standards or the terms of their agreement. It's ok to break the rules for the employee. I guess they should also make cry rooms. I am disappointed.
